The workshop aims to gather all required information, including experiences and requirements from applying the quality management systems of regional mine action centers, as well as state institutions and organizations involved in mine action in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia.
The project of improving the quality management system of national bodies and centers for mine action in the Western Balkans is jointly financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the Norwegian People's Aid.
