Consultation process on the Law on Amendments to the Law on Demining in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina opened a public consultation process on Draft of Law on Amendments to the Law on Demining in BiH in accordance with the Rules for consultations in drafting legal regulations in institutions of BiH.
The purpose of adoption of this Law is improving the process of demining with the aim to improve the environment and ensure basic conditions for life and work of citizens and legal entities and to eliminate restrictions and threats to life and health of people and property which are present in the form of mines left from previous war.
The online public consultation process is opened from December 27, 2016 until January 11, 2017 and you can participate by visiting https://ekonsultacije.gov.ba/.
We invite you to take part in the consultations and by sending your comments, suggestions and proposals give your contribution to the development of Law on Demining in BiH.
