Saša Obradović appointed director of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine Action Center

At its 175. session held on 23rd July 2019, BiH Ministry Council, appointed Saša Obradović as a director of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine Action Center, while Damir Šišić and Dragan Stojak  were appointed as Assistant Directors for support and operations.

Mr Obradović has been involved in mine action for more than 17 years and since 2015, he works at the position of Acting director of BHMAC. As a result of his previous experience in helping people how to avoid risk and identify war explosive devices, as well as a drafting of required law and bylaws, Mr Obradović experience and lessons learned will certainly contribute to state general efforts in paving a path to the total elimination of all remnants of the war by using a new methodologies, better planning dynamics and effective approach and management of overall process.
